Foundation 2 · Setup
Where we are
Three things happen here. Each of you takes a quiet pass at the numbers and how recent spending lined up with the purpose statement and values you wrote in Foundation 1. You print your prep sheets, sit down together with the meeting agenda, and walk through it on paper. Then one of you comes back here to capture the shared snapshot and the lifestyle anchors you landed on.
Foundation 1 isn’t a hard prerequisite, but it makes this one sharper. Without a shared purpose statement, the alignment audit has no anchor to reference.
Who’s sitting down?
First names are fine. They show up at the top of each prep sheet and on the meeting agenda — that’s it.
1. Send each partner their prep link
Each link opens a private solo prep page. Numbers and notes stay on whichever device the partner uses — they don’t sync, and the product never sees them.

Enter both names to generate this link.
Partner 2
Enter both names to generate this link.
2. Print the meeting agenda
One copy, brought to the table along with both prep sheets. The agenda walks the two of you through the snapshot reconciliation, the alignment audit, and the lifestyle anchors you’ll carry forward.
What you’ll print
A 7-page printable the two of you walk through together:
- 1. Cover and what this hour is for
- 2. How to talk about money you’ve already spent
- 3. Why this comes before tactics
- 4. Compare the snapshot + name what’s behind the gap
- 5. Alignment audit
- 6. Lifestyle anchors
- 7. Decisions to carry forward
3. After the meeting, capture what you landed on
One short form for the things that carry forward into every future agenda: your final shared snapshot and the 3–5 lifestyle anchors, each tied to a value or an alignment observation.
Coming next — the capture form for this Foundation is being built.
